Deacon Paul Kato Sserunkuuma of Kansanga Parish is to be raised to the order of Priesthood anyone who knows a grave reason why this candidate should not be promoted to the said order, she or he is obliged to inform the Parish Priest or the Archbishop.

PARISH ANNOUNCEMENTS .

1. On Friday 15/11/2024 shall be celebrating 60 years of the canonization of the Uganda Martyrs at Munyonyo Parish. Mass will start at 10:00am. We are also to have Kansanga parish fundraising dinner at 7:00pm here at the Parish.

2. Kampala Archdiocese Catholic men s Guild is to celebrate men s day on 17/11/2024 at Namugongo and mass will start at 10.0am. All catholic men are invited to attend. Dress code for men will Kanzu and court and departure time from Kansanga will be 8:00am.

3. We have placed a sample of one the pews for the church near a window which has a sample glass. Please take a moment to review it and give us the feedback.

4. All Lay Apostolate movements in Kansanga are invited to the Archdiocesan Movement celebrations today Sunday 10/11/2024 at Lubaga Cathedral. Mass will be presided over by His grace Paul Ssemogerere the Archbishop of Kampala at 10.0am.

5. We wish to thank you for the Tithe collection for the month of October, however more envelopes are still with you, kindly return them so that we can let you know the final proceed

Due to the ongoing Church Refurbishment, the Parish Priest, Central Organizing Committee and the Chairman Development Kansanga Catholic invite you for a fundraising Dinner (Tickets: 150,000 per person and1, 500,000 for a Reserved Table of 10) in support of the Kansanga Catholic Parish Refurbishment project on 15 November 2024 at 7:00pm, at Kansanga Catholic Church .You are free to buy a ticket for a friend or a family member in case you won’t be able to attend. Tickets are being told outside the Church main entrance.

7. You are invited to the launch of the priestly ordination and thanksgiving meeting for Rev. Deacon Paul Kato Sserunkuma on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Nsambya Parish at 5:00 PM. Deacon Paul Kato Sserunkuma, from Kansanga Parish, will be ordained as a priest on December 6, 2024, at Munyonyo Martyrs Shrine, with a thanksgiving mass scheduled for December 8, 2024, at Lukunge Kayabwe, Mawokota.

8. We shall have a second basket today for the Church refurbishment and window.

9. Twegatte Women’s Group informs all members and well-wishers that they will have a meeting today Sunday 10/11/2024 in the Parish hall at 10:00am. There will be a talk from DFCU Bank- GROW PROJECT.

10. Catholic Men s Guild starting from the basic Christian community(bubondo) to sub Parish level you are invited for a meeting on 13/11/2024 at 6.0pm here at the Parish.

11. The National Identification Registration Authority (NIRA) Uganda is here with Saturday and Sunday (9&10/11/2024) to register those with no IDs.

12. Kisubi Seminary will have interviews for Senior One and Senior Five on Monday 9th, Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th December 2024. Time strictly from 9.00am to1.00pm at kisubi Seminary.

13. Kansanga Parish Executive Committee you are invited to a meeting on Tuesday 12/11/2024 at 6:00pm.

14. We shall have a talk from the Central organizing committee.

15. Parents /Guardians you are requested to bring your children for catechism classes every Saturday( Eng at 3:00pm & Lug at 8:00am)

16. The Carmelite Youth Apostolate will have a free car wash next Sunday here at the Parish.
